bitoBTC: A wrapped version of Bitcoin created by BitoBridge for use in various DeFi platforms and applications across different blockchain networks.

Bitcoin restaking: An emerging concept that aims to bring Ethereum-style restaking functionality to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

BTCFi: Bitcoin DeFi.

DeFi: Decentralzied finance.

Dissolve delay: It is the amount of time that neurons must spend dissolving before becoming dissolved.

IC: The Internet Computer.

ICP: Internet Computer Protocol.

Network Nervous System: A Network Nervous System (NNS) is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that governs the Internet Computer Protocol. It is a fully on-chain, decentralized organization and is, for instance, responsible for continuously making protocol-level upgrades to improve the Internet Computer Protocol.

Neuron: A neuron is an ICP entity that can make proposals and vote on proposals related to the governance of the Internet Computer and SNS projects.

Service Nervous System: A Service Nervous System (SNS) is an advanced form of a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
